Our Team

Heather Demko, LICSW

I am passionate about helping others grow through life’s challenges. Whether you’re looking for a calm amidst chaotic days, an opportunity for self reflection and healing, or have a desire to strengthen your relationships, I will provide you with a supportive space to increase self awareness and develop resiliency. I believe that all people can do well if they want to, provided with tools to guide healthy patterns of thoughts and feelings.

I work with teens and adults and bring a unique blend of career expertise from 22 years of experience in mental health clinic and hospital settings, county and in-home work, as well as school social work. I strive to create a non-judgmental environment for all people, including neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Larry Baumgartner, LMFT

Relationships aren’t always easy, and sometimes, no matter how much you care about your partner, you find yourselves stuck in the same frustrating patterns. Whether you're looking to strengthen your connection, improve communication, or work through challenges, I’m here to help. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for couples and individuals to have real, meaningful conversations about where they want to be in their relationships and lives. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, past experiences, and resources to help you create lasting, positive change.

I specialize in working with couples—both traditional and non-traditional—as well as individuals (primarily men) who are committed to putting in the work to build a healthier, more fulfilling life. Whether you’re navigating conflict, considering a new chapter in your relationship, or trying to reconnect, I’ll be on your side, providing guidance, encouragement, and accountability. My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on empowering you to create the relationship and life you want.

Francy Jenko, LICSW

I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can truly be yourself—without fear of judgment. My approach is grounded in social work values, meaning I focus on how your environment shapes your experiences and challenges. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support and empower you in making choices that align with your values and goals. Whether you’re looking to break unhelpful patterns, navigate difficult emotions, or strengthen your relationships, I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, build self-awareness, and create a path forward with compassion and purpose. You're not alone in this—I’m here to walk alongside you.

Page Graham, LICSW

Having a space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment is invaluable. Therapy offers a unique opportunity to unload everything on your mind, sort through it with an unbiased perspective, and determine what needs attention now, what can wait, and what no longer serves you. As humans, we don’t navigate life alone—we need others to help us see things clearly, and that’s where therapy comes in.

Feeling safe and connected is key to making therapy work. The relationship between you and your therapist is the strongest predictor of success, whether it’s built on shared experiences, a sense of trust, or just that natural “click.” Therapy provides a space to practice setting boundaries, improve interpersonal skills, and receive honest, compassionate feedback—all in support of your personal growth. Your therapy journey is yours to control; my role is to help you navigate and plan the path forward, working together to create meaningful change.
